Businesses from across the North are being encouraged to take part in short survey on Northern Powerhouse Rail (NPR) which aims demonstrate the importance of bringing NPR to cities across the North.

In Bradford, securing a city centre station as part of NPR would not only reduce journey times and increase capacity on the network, but it would add a further £15.5bn to the northern economy, and generate an additional 15,000 FTE jobs across the North. Only a city centre station will realise these benefits and connect the UK’s youngest city to the opportunities of the future.

The Northern Powerhouse Partnership, an independent body that represents the voice of business and civic leaders across the North, and leading law firm Addleshaw Goddard, have created the survey to seek opinions on the NPR and the impact of an improved rail infrastructure on business in the North of England.
